Transcriptomics: Thousands of protein-coding genes using Whole Transcriptome Atlas (WTA), with customizable panels of up to 400 RNA targets.

ROI Selection: Allows selection of any shape or size, including non-contiguous regions, down to 10 µm in diameter.

Workflow: Integrates a standard histology workflow with automated staining using standard fluorescence imaging probes.

Readout: Released barcodes are quantified using either the nCounter Analysis System or Illumina next-generation sequencing (NGS).
