Luxor 3 Spot Curing System

The Luxor 3 spot curing system is designed to work with the world's first complete line of advanced, single pack, UV and Visiblelight cure adhesives. The Luxor 3 lamp is a high intensity lightsource (>100 mW/cm2) for use in the assembly of optoelectronics, fiber optics, lens bonding, and other microassembly applications. Visible light cure using 470 nm blue light is a safe alternative toUV light. The use of Visible light allows greater depth of cure and the ability to cure through substrates that absorb UV. Advanced design features of the Luxor 3 lamp include:

  • Always ready - No warm up required
  • High intensity. Greater than 100 mW/cm2
  • Special bulb and filter system maximizes blue light output while minimizing infrared and eliminating UV
  • Cool fiber tip and no UV protection required
  • Soft start electronics to enhance bulb life
  • Light guided by one of the accessory light guides designed for minimum blue loss (not included)
  • Easy to operate electronic time. 10-60 seconds or manual control
  • Switch on back for 110V or 230V
