Newport 94123A SOL3A 1600w Xe exposure system (2012) with 12x12 collimated beam and vacuum chuck kit for I-V measurements

$29,500 (USD)

Description

Manufacture date 2012

Temperature controlled vacuum chuck PVIV-TC-VAC with circulating bath and vacuum pump.  Mounted on rail with 91150V calibrated reference cell to allow easy position exchange of Device Under Test (DUT) with reference cell.  Chuck can accomodate up to 156mm x 156mm cells.

Temperature control kit allows device to be held at constant temperature (usually 25C) while running I-V measurements.

94123A SOL3 solar simulator with 1600w and 12x12 collimated beam

69922 Power supply

Includes partial sun attenuator: an accessory pre-installed on all Oriel Class 3A and SOL-UV solar simulators assisting in manual control of the irradiance output level.

From the Newport Catalog:

The 94123A is the Sol3A Class AAA Solar Simulator with a 1600 Watt Xenon, Ozone Free source illuminated over a 12 inchx 12 inch area.

The 94123A is certified to IEC 60904-9 Edition 2 (2007), JIS 8904-9 (2017), and ASTM E927-10 (2015) standards for Spectral Match, Spatial Non-Uniformity of Irradiance, and Temporal Instability of Irradiance. This model uses a single lamp design to meet not one or two, but all three performance criteria without compromising the 1 SUN output power, providing true Class AAA performance.

A variable aperture accessory, referred to as the partial sun attenuator, allows a user to vary the output irradiance level without adjusting the power supply. The range of attenuation is infinitely variable from 0.1 - 1 SUN. This integrated accessory enables easy transitioning between output illumination values without having to change lamp power settings which can shift spectral output.

The 94123A uses a black non-reflective finish to minimize stray light and incorporates captive screws for all panels requiring user access to facilitate lamp replacement, alignment, and filter changes. Safety interlocks prevent inadvertent exposure to UV light.
