Description
Temperature controlled vacuum chuck PVIV-TC-VAC with circulating bath and vacuum pump.
Mounted on rail with 91150V calibrated reference cell to allow easy position exchange of Device Under Test (DUT) with reference cell. Chuck can accomodate up to 156mm x 156mm cells.
Temperature control kit allows device to be held at constant temperature (usually 25C) while running I-V measurements.
