These large-capacity vacuum drying ovens are ideal for vacuum drying, baking, desiccating, annealing, and storing samples under vacuum. Ovens feature auto-start/stop, easy-to-use keypad, timer, and 16 ramp/dwell segments. Auto-start/stop lets you start or end fixed temperature operation when the preset period of time has elapsed. Use the keypad to input set programs, temperature, and time. The built-in timer lets you operate the oven unattended up to 999 hours. Two LEDs display set and actual temperatures.
Protect your samples from tampering—a key lock comes standard with each oven. Other safety features include a built-in, self-diagnostic function, independent overtemperature device, and built-in battery backup. Large observation window with tempered glass lets you view samples.
Ovens have three inches of rock wool insulation, positive door catches and silicone gasket for air tight closure—vacuum loss per day is only 0.6 mm Hg. Vacuum port is a NW 25 flange. Purge inlet port, for purging inert gas through oven, is controlled by a dial on the front panel.
